Start-up and commissioning
The objective is to provide high-quality engineering support for preparation for launch, the actual launch, and bringing the facility into the design technological mode.
  • Review and analysis of design documentation
During the design documentation review, our specialists, with their experience in commissioning and startup of similar facilities, identify project bottlenecks and propose improvements to ensure the facility is operational safely and efficiently. Our specialists' analysis at this stage helps avoid many problems in subsequent stages of project implementation.
  • Engineering supervision of construction and installation works (C&IW)
During construction and assembly supervision, our specialists oversee the installation of process lines, equipment, and internal components. Oversight at this stage by experienced specialists is crucial for the successful commissioning of the facility.
  • Carrying out preparatory and commissioning works
Our company's specialists have experience in commissioning at all stages: individual equipment testing, commissioning of electrical and instrumentation/APCS systems, equipment and pipeline preparation (flushing, blowing, internal inspection, drying of furnace linings, etc.), additional leak testing, catalyst loading and activation, circulation setup, control circuit adjustment, and much more.
  • Start-up and bringing the facility into normal operating mode
During this stage, guaranteed quality and plant load indicators are achieved within the framework of the agreement with the process licensor.
Our specialists have experience successfully commissioning hydrogen production units, catalytic reforming units, hydrotreating units, hydrocracking units, catalytic cracking units, CDU/VDU units, MTBE production units, and more. A full list of our experience is available in a reference list upon request.
Our team of engineers helps customers save money by preventing and eliminating problems that arise during commissioning and by minimizing the risk of emergency situations.
Letters of gratitude regarding the provision of commissioning services
