Comprehensive auditing (survey) is a study of “hidden potential” including, but not limited to, the following aspects of the operation of technological installations:
Maximum extraction of target products and reduction of process losses.
Evaluation of the performance of catalysts, thermal processes, adsorbents and absorption systems, within the framework of competencies and comparisons with analogues.
Evaluation of the performance of separation and distillation equipment. Study of the operation of internal contact devices for columns and separators.
Evaluation of the performance of heat exchange equipment (including steam and fired heaters).
Evaluation of the performance of critical dynamic equipment.
Overall energy assessment of the plant's operation compared to similar facilities. Study of inter-plant thermal integration. Identification of process limitations.
Maximum use of the potential of natural (fuel) gas in order to reduce emissions into the environment.
