During the design documentation review, our specialists, with their experience in startup and commissioning similar facilities, identify design bottlenecks and propose improvements to ensure the facility is ramped up safely and efficiently. During commissioning or separately at the customer's request, specialists at INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC develop the following documentation:
Development of process regulations and other operational and technical documentation (equipment maintenance instructions, workstation instructions, etc.);
Development of a commissioning project plan (including commissioning instructions: instructions for receiving energy resources, flushing/purging, leak testing of pipelines and plant systems, and process start-up instructions with accompanying diagrams and drawings);
Development of ERP and OSRP action plans;
Certification of pipelines, equipment, buildings, and structures.

- Development of basic designs for hydrogen production, ammonia, and methanol production units;

- Process modeling. Projects for upgrading existing process units (increasing productivity, repurposing, processing new feedstocks), preparation of survey reports;
- Equipment calculations (distillation columns, furnaces, heat exchangers, etc.)
- Monitoring and evaluating catalyst performance data based on unit operation data (performance evaluation file);
- Predicting catalyst deactivation using a kinetic model of the loaded catalyst;
- Performing catalytic calculations (if processing feedstock other than the design specifications is necessary);
- Resolving technical issues related to equipment operation (failures, corrosion, etc.), performing verification calculations for existing equipment;
- Developing recommendations for process mode optimization;
- Approving process mode standards (confirming them for further approval by the general designer).
